Stage a performance
Every artist wants an audience – from those first nerve-wracking moments when your stomach flips to the final thrill of applause. And every audience wants an artist – who doesn’t love to watch in awe as someone shares their skill, and cheer as they take their bow?
But not everyone can get to the gigs and plays most of us enjoy; perhaps their health or money worries prevent them, or they’ve simply never thought to go. Many of the organisations we work with provide fantastic audiences in waiting. Whether you’re a singer, an amateur musician or member of a band, a drama group, comedian, juggler or dance, somewhere someone is waiting to see what you can do. A great way to get that all-important dress rehearsal sorted or just to practise. And whatever your talent seeing people enjoy it – it’s the next best thing to seeing your name in lights!
