Anyone fancy a cup of tea?
Ah, the great British ritual of tea and sympathy: the backbone of every friendship, and the nation’s finest tradition. Many of our partner organisations welcome visitors popping in to see the people they work with for a cuppa, whether tea’s to your taste, or you like your caffeine in a coffee. Bringing a fresh face and lively new conversation, it’s the easiest way to contribute to your local community without worrying about planning a new activity.
Come prepared to listen and learn, and you might uncover extraordinary life stories or local history that could be written up for a local newsletter, or even used as part of a blog or larger project. And a good way to come away infused with an idea for another session for Spots of Time!
