How it works

Want to bring in fun, inspiring activities to your organisation but lack time to organise them or money to pay for them? We want to help.

Spots of Time helps you receive volunteers provide simple, fun activities without the hassle of admin, paperwork and having to think of the things you want them to do. All you have to do is welcome people and thank them!

Signing up is really simple

- Tell us a few simple details about you and your organisation.

- Choose activities you’d like to have for from our list & add timeslots when you can have people in to do them.

- And well that’s it

How it works

When someone books to do an activity you’ll get a notification - we only allow people to book for times you've said you can take them, and with enough notice so you shouldn't need to turn volunteers down.

All you have to do then is welcome them on the day.  We'll provide them with details of where to go, answers to questions and any other support they need.

You also get your own profile page which can link to from your own website and promote locally. You can check at any time who’s coming in to do what.  You can also edit your activities and timeslots at any time.
